POLHAWN FORT
This event will take place at a historic coastal venue on the Rame peninsula in South East Cornwall, with uninterrupted views of the sea.
Set in a Napoleonic Fort, the building features granite staircases, vaulted ceilings, and comes complete with canon, drawbridge and walls eight feet thick. Polhawn offers a variety of indoor spaces, all with period features and open fires suitable for larger gatherings/presentations, and a number of outdoor spaces including a roof terrace, beautiful landscaped gardens and a path with steps down to its own private beach.
LOCATION
Polhawn fort is situated in a rural coastal location within an area of outstanding natural beauty on the Rame Peninsula, overlooking the sea at Whitsand Bay. The spectacular South Cornwall coastal footpath runs both ways from behind the Fort’s grounds.
